From a tired, uninspired set of bathrooms, to modern, practical, and relaxed bathroom spaces. We have introduced a streamlined and cost-effective system for old houses, which is specifically tailored to bring higher returns over a short period. The Challenge No waterproofing, substrate, and dirty wall – it was in a worn-out state. Needing more than just some sparkly new tapware and tiles, The bathroom required a complete makeover. What our customer needed was a bathroom that worked for higher rental returns, and better for the times.	The Vision The dream design was to be timeless and filled with all the modern creature comforts. Our customer was seeking the luxury of a freestanding bath, the ambiance of classic chrome and white palette, and the useful bathroom vanity that could meet the storage need of the whole family. It wasn’t about being ‘in fashion’ or ‘on-trend; we sought practicality and refined beauty.

The Team With some prior reno experience, our customer knew what he wanted. All he required was the right people to bring his vision to life. Selecting a squad was an easy decision, he had designer Wendy from EPLUS for interior consultation, and Rob from Arova for all-around expert Bathroom supplier.	The Result Two modern, timeless and multi-functional spaces. The master bathroom and ensuite were made over with a speckled snow white and light grey. Filled with wall hung bathroom vanity, freestanding corner bathtub and a multi-spray pattern shower, the result was the perfect mix of simplicity and indulgence.
