The Role:
Arova is looking for a self-in and organised Administration Assistant to join our high performing team in Full time/ Part-time/ Casual Positions. Arova offers opportunities to grow and develop in the company.
You will be part of a friendly, sociable team that is results-driven and task orientated.
Requirements:
1-2 years of experience in administrating and sales support
A strong desire to succeed with ‘Can do, Will do’ attitude
A Team player with a proactive approach and excellent work ethic.
Focused on the accuracy, attention to detail and results-driven
Ability to work well under pressure in a busy store
Confident communication skills, both verbally and in writing
Intermediate computer skills, can at least use excel with formulas and pivot tables
Duties:
Manage the fulfilment of orders generated by the sales team
Stock control and distribution
Document filing and archiving
Liaise with management, sales team and other stakeholders daily
Prepare and distribute internal reports
Maintenance and housekeeping of office area
Ad hoc administration as required
