The Role:
Arova is looking for a self-in and organised Administration Assistant to join our high performing team in Full time/ Part-time/ Casual Positions. Arova offers opportunities to grow and develop in the company.
You will be part of a friendly, sociable team that is results-driven and task orientated.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in administrating and sales support
- A strong desire to succeed with ‘Can do, Will do’ attitude
- A Team player with a proactive approach and excellent work ethic.
- Focused on the accuracy, attention to detail and results-driven
- Ability to work well under pressure in a busy store
- Confident communication skills, both verbally and in writing
- Intermediate computer skills, can at least use excel with formulas and pivot tables
Duties:
- Manage the fulfilment of orders generated by the sales team
- Stock control and distribution
- Document filing and archiving
- Liaise with management, sales team and other stakeholders daily
- Prepare and distribute internal reports
- Maintenance and housekeeping of office area
- Ad hoc administration as required
