The Role:
Arova is looking for experienced, motivated and results-orientated Full-Time/ Part-Time/ Casual Sales Consultants to join our high performing sales team located in Mulgrave. Arova offers successful sales platform and opportunity to grow and develop and progression in the company. If you have a background in showrooms sales in flooring, whitegoods, furniture, lighting and/or an interest in interior design or home renovation, then we are really keen to hear from you!
Requirements:
- A strong desire to succeed with ‘Can do, Will do’ attitude
- A Team player with proactive approach and excellent work ethic.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs
- Ability to work on Saturdays 10am – 4.30pm
- Ability to work well under pressure in a busy store
- Confident communication skills, both verbally and in writing
- Proficient in MS office or Google Suite
- A quick learner
- Attention to details
Duties:
- Manage sales enquiries, face-to-face, online and over-the-phone
- Build and maintain effective, professional relationships with clients and partners
- Working independently and as part of the team to ensure positive sales outcomes.
