COVID-19 Update
The Victorian government has introduced the following safety standards from 6pm 29 October. At Arova, we have implemented the latest measures and keep everyone safe.
Showrooms Visit
Our showrooms are open to visit 9-5 Mon - Fri, 10-2 Sat
Our warehouses are open for order pick up and deliveries between 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday only.
- Showroom entry requirements: proof of fully vaccinated or exemption
- Mask required
- All visitors to scan QR code before entry
- All patrons must be fully vaccinated to enter showroom
- Vaccination proof: Proof of vaccination can be accepted as either
- A screenshot of their covid-19 vaccination certificate from their MyGov App
- A linked covid-19 vaccination certificate through their Service Victoria App
- Exemption proof
- Any patrons who are exempt from the Covid-19 vaccination must provide written and signed legal documentation from their healthcare provider
- Click & Collect requirements:
- Mask required
- Scan warehouse area QR code
- No need to check vaccination – unless customer enters the premise, in which case requirements 2 and 3 apply
Order Deliveries
Your orders can still be delivered during this time. Our staff will contact you to book a delivery time.
Order Pick-ups
We offer order pick-ups from all our warehouses. Please book with our staff before your pick up to ensure your order can be collected on the day. Please ensure your vehicle has sufficient space to fit all the goods. If your vehicle has forklift access and wish to have goods loaded by forklift, please advise us at the time when you book the pick up with us.
