Bathroom Renovation Story | Balwyn North

The Challenge

Mold ranks as the top problem in this bathroom. Need to conduct a thorough search for mold’s telltale signs before starting a renovation project. Meanwhile, standing water was also a serious problem because of the aging plumbing system. Must correct any drainage issues during proceeding with the renovation.

The Vision
The dream design was to be timeless and filled with all the modern creature comforts. This was our customer’s first major home renovation project. Unlike other fifty-somethings, she like everything in pink with a girlish heart. And her hope is that her bathroom renovation featured matte black hardware and gloss white furniture including wall hung vanity and freestanding bathtub.

The Team

Our customer decided to choose Arova as a supplier to start her bathroom project after comparing a few bids. Arova had a wide variety of products that represented all the current home design trends. Another bright spot in the construction and installation part of the project was project manager Zoe. She always made an effort to send customers a text or stop by to keep them updated. 

The Result

Our customer summed it up when she said it felt like “walking into a bathroom at a really nice hotel.” The bathroom renovations actually exceeded customer’s expectations in a lot of ways. She had no idea that a better vanity, newer showerhead, and bigger bathtub would make such a huge difference!
